Staff-Child Interaction
The quality and stability of the staff are the most important determinants in the quality of an early childhood program. Our teachers are trained professionals who are certified in Elementary or Early Childhood Education. Interactions between children and staff provide opportunities for the children to further their understanding of themselves and others and to enhance the development of their social skills.
Developmental Programs
Our curriculum encourages children to be actively involved in the learning process, to experience a wide variety of activities appropriate to their age and rate of development and to pursue their own interests through learning centers in each classroom.
Learning centers provide the opportunity for the classroom teacher to individualize lesson plans to meet the needs of each child and encourage children to take responsibility for their own learning and discovery.
